The weather has taken a turn for the winter here in my wonderful state. Last night after watching the weather my youngest (12) said "Mom! We are gonna have snow furries tomorrow!" I said, "Yes, or snow flurries" She didn't mean to say furries, but now, of course, that's what I will forever and ever call them. And it has been a little furry today

Sounds okay to me! It will stay forever, like Rhonda's hackenburger. And the "Cadillacs" on country roads. (cattle guards, that is)
I love it when we pick up something our kids says or mis-says. Just adorable and fun! In Denver, we've only had furries once and your sis Kay is hurting. She wants snow. Me, I am just fine, thank you very much!
We are having furries here in southern Michigan as I type this! In 2 weeks - Florida here I come! No more furries then!
My son used to call Granpa's pill "shingles." Don't know why.
No furries here either.
I love the neat memories our kids give us :)
